Shipping and Delivery

Lapzadazy offers 2 convenient methods of delivery:

• Courier – We deliver directly to your home or office from our shop, anywhere in South Africa. All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you once the item is shipped;
• Collect – You can choose to collect from our shop in Durbanville or our partner in Claremont. Please email us to make an appointment, and for details and directions.

When will I get my delivery?

Usually within 3-5 working days after payment of your order has been confirmed, or otherwise advised, and may differ depending on whether you are in an urban or outlying city.

Working days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays.

Cost of shipping and payment

Delivery charges is not included in the price of the lap trays.

If you choose to have the order delivered, we will send you a quote based on the delivery location as well as the size of the order before accepting payment. We charge you the rate that is quoted to us by our courier partner. You are also welcome to send your own courier to collect your order when it is complete.

We will only start producing your order after your payment has been received. For cash deposits and Internet transfers this means once the funds reflect in our bank account.

International shipping

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of South Africa. However, you are welcome to send your own courier to collect from us.

Once we’ve sent your order with the courier, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking details. If in doubt, contact us.
